The classes begin at the local market, where farmers and local producers bring fruits, vegetables, meat and local cheeses, we will choose at will and according to the seasons ingredients to be used.
We will go to the restaurant and begin our culinary experience sampling also local wines.
In the afternoon we visit one of the local wineries to see how we produce our Frascati wine.
